efr Certification

We have been certified by efr since the end of 2021, which grants us the status of a Family-Responsible Entity.

This certification is promoted by the Másfamilia Foundation, with the Christian Association of Business Executives (ACEGE) as its strategic partner, co-issuer of the efr certificate, and promoter of this excellent management tool for work-life balance in organizations. Its goal is to respond to the current socio-labour context, marked by flexibility, competitiveness, and commitment.

This certification proposes an international model of people management that, as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Excellence Management, aims primarily at promoting work-life balance and the overall appreciation of each employee within the company.

It is a flexible and personalized management model that enables better alignment between the individual and the organization, strengthening the total rewards provided to employees, as well as their engagement and ability to achieve better results in their work.

This is an evolutionary model based on a process of continuous improvement, resulting in an operational framework with clear objectives, valued reconciliation measures, and evaluation metrics structured around five main categories:
