EWP Consulting respects your privacy, guaranteeing the security of your data, collecting only the data strictly necessary for the provision of services.

However, it is never possible to provide an absolute guarantee regarding the security of personal data. For this reason, EWP will promptly inform the subjects involved and the respective competent authorities (within the legally required deadlines), whenever a security breach or incident occurs.
EWP Consulting protects the security of personal data through an internal security policy that performs the processes of access control, configuration, storage, backup, support, transmission, audit, updating of the technological infrastructure and a strong authentication policy.
Likewise, EWP Consulting assumes the commitment of confidentiality on the part of its Employees and Subcontractors and that the latter only act in accordance with the instructions formally received, in addition to ensuring constant training for its employees in the scope of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation.
When filling out the forms available on the EWP website, your personal data is collected and processed in order to answer your questions, requests or provide you with information.
In the case of EWP Customers, the information collected is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the Service Provision Agreement.
In the case of non-Customers, by making your contacts available to us, EWP may contact you for the purposes of marketing related to its services, provided that you have consented to the processing of your personal data for this purpose. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email. You may at any time oppose this data processing.
The collected data will be kept for the necessary period to provide the service or for the duration of the contract (if you are our customer) and will not be transmitted or transferred to any third party other than the defined subcontractors with other authorized companies working on our behalf for the purposes described in this policy.
