Its goal is to respond to the current socio-labour context, marked by flexibility, competitiveness, and commitment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"957\">This certification proposes an international model of people management that, as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Excellence Management, aims primarily at promoting work-life balance and the overall appreciation of each employee within the company.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1220\">It is a flexible and personalized management model that enables better alignment between the individual and the organization, strengthening the total rewards provided to employees, as well as their engagement and ability to achieve better results in their work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1453\">This is an evolutionary model based on a process of continuous improvement, resulting in an operational framework with clear objectives, valued reconciliation measures, and evaluation metrics structured around five main categories:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1596\">\u2022 Family support<br data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1474\" \/>\u2022 Quality of work<br data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1494\" \/>\u2022 Personal and professional development<br data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1536\" \/>\u2022 Temporal and spatial flexibility<br data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1573\" \/>\u2022 Equal opportunities<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1821\">This approach leads not only to individual benefits but also to collective gains.
